The Flagship EMDR Intensive Program

Focused care. Protected time. A path forward.

What Is an EMDR Intensive?

An EMDR intensive uses the same structured, evidence-informed EMDR approach in longer, more concentrated sessions. The added time supports preparation, reprocessing, breaks, regulation, and thoughtful closure—without waiting weeks between appointments. Intensive care is individualized. It does not mean rushed.

How the Intensive Works

Each intensive is tailored to the individual and may span three to five focused treatment days. Care includes preparation, focused reprocessing, planned breaks, regulation, closure, and follow-up support.

Important to Know

This program is not crisis or emergency care. Participation begins with clinical screening to determine readiness, safety, and whether intensive treatment is appropriate.

Who This Program Is For

Created for adults who serve, protect, care for, or carry responsibility for others—including veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, therapists, teachers, caregivers, survivors of interpersonal or narcissistic abuse, and other qualifying trauma survivors.
